The DoCM Global Council brings together respected leaders, thinkers, and changemakers from diverse disciplines and cultures. Bound by a shared commitment to consciousness, peace, and ethical progress, the Council provides strategic direction, moral guidance, and global representation for the Declaration of Consciousness Movement. Their role is to ensure DoCM remains rooted in integrity while expanding its impact across nations and generations.
